Nature’s Quiet Secrets

Moonlight filters through the tree limbs

Illuminating the darkness of the night

The white light spills over the trees

Wind rustles leaves making soft noise

Like it’s trying to expose the world

Clouds drift through the night sky

The air envelops the dark area

Trapping it inside a frigid state

The wind whistles quietly again

Like it’s attempting to tell secrets

The sky begins to rain light droplets

Creating a shimmer on the ground

Noise of the wildlife is masked

Creatures stir throughout the dark

Stars brighten the sky naturally

Eyes adjust to the contrasting light

Nature holds its own serenity

Domes of energy flow around

Old life starts to slowly dwindle

Beginnings created softly from

Prickles of light shine vividly

Warming up the cold earth

Brightness encompasses all

Unfurling through the wind

Secrets float in the tranquility of

Life that awakens early at dawn

Within a small portion of earth

Vanishing as the sun streams

Ending the new wonderment of

Those at night turning evanescent

Light amplifies morning souls

Controlling personal artistry
